Well, VP has done a few things to make project management easier for you and your organisation.

Simple layout -means fast loading pages
Multiple organisations -this means you can group projects and staff into organisational structures
Administrator levels -staff only need to see whats important. For example: If you have an organisation administrator they can only view staff and projects for a particular organisation. But, you can also have global administrators to manage your entire VP site (e.g. http://intranet/virtual) Even though I have gone to these steps I constantly would like feedback from you.
